Or is L'il Nickie playing L'il Nicky games? Is he brash enough to have him play with an open date the following week?

I actually would prefer that he does play, but Saban will probably do the smart thing and sit him unless needed.

Probably doesn't matter since their backup is a N/C QB.... :tu:

Thanks for making my point ;) :D !

BTW, anyone think Tua will start :rotf: ?

Kind of like asking who would win the coin toss? Not going to change the outcome.... :rotf:

:rotf: :rotf: :rotf: So he want Tua to play... Sounds smart. I guess he thinks the crowd will hurt Tua's performance. :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: So lets hope one of the best QBs in the nation to play. Almost sounds like, TN wants to get beat by both qbs just to check them both off their list. :tu:

I don't think it matters. You either have him or a QB that is 26-2 as a starter.

Maybe ole Nickie will let Pruiett borrowing him to try to even things up a little.

I think Tennessee would consider it an insult if Saban didn't start Tua unless he is injured.

Seriously?

You do know that he IS hurt, right, or do you drink the koolaid too?

THAT'S the whole purpose of this thread.

I hope he does play, because I'd rather face him at less than 100% than a 100% Hurts for the whole game. Like TMS said, it won't matter as far as the outcome, but it might keep Bama from a couple of scores. I'd like to see a lot of this kicker you guys have been bragging about :D !

Yea, but to what extent? Is he bruised up or does he have significant damage?

If he is able, I'm sure he starts and plays some, he may be on the bench by the 2nd or 3rd quarter. This will give him a chance to pad his numbers for Heisman run.

Yea I know he is hurt. Players play hurt all the time. He was playing hurt against Missouri last weekend when he re-injured his sprained knee.

If he was "hurt" then he wouldn't have played this past weekend. Tua at 75% is better than Hurts at 100%. :tu:

I think there is a distinction between hurt and injured. Again, players play hurt all the time, half way through the season I'd bet 99% of them are hurt. When discussing the status of a player for a game I've always heard folks discussing injury reports not hurt reports.

Hmm, he didn't come back in the game after getting hurt/injured ;) :D !

I pictured you having like 6 TV screens and multiple devices going at once to keep up with your entertainment . How did you miss that?

You serious Clark???

I think vols would be thrilled beyond relief if they did not have to deal with Tua and just had to focus on Hurts
