Took down my second in KY yesterday. Got about 60 yards from him on roost and limited calling, hat flap and leaves scratching got him to fly in to 30 yards. Had to be home by 9 but was back in plenty of time.

Bc of grad work I only managed 4 hunts but killed my 2 and watched a buddy get his first. Birds have been a little funny IMO, but died just the same when shot in the head.
Looking forward to next spring to try and learn more!
