Here it is, nice and short video, less than 3 minutes long.

He gobbled a lot, but didn't hardly get any gobble on video (thats how it usually works) The last few minutes, he came in silent.

Fleet Fox had him fired up with the slate call so I started using the wingbone as well. We set up 2 or 3 times and I made the last few yelps on my call and then we waited.

Congrats... But I have to ask since I watch all of your videos. Why don't you get better footage before taking the shot? Seems like you shoot as soon as you see the turkey. Most of your videos are mainly you pointing and shooting and the majority of the video is you walking to it. Think it would be better with more footage before the shot. Again thanks for sharing

self filming turkeys is very tough, especially since I don't have any decoys set out to distract the birds. When that bird stopped and looked at us, I wasn't going to risk him turning around and leaving just to try for a better video.
Of course my best shots on video are when I miss. Then you can watch a bird flap his wings and run off.... That's my luck with filming

I have to ask man but seems you took a pretty risky shoot I mean you clearly shoot through cedar tree at him? Maybe it's just the angle but may explain some of you misses. Not taking away from the hunt at all and super glad you got him but just seems like a very poor shot selection.

you got to remember this isn't a gun cam, it's a tripod sitting next to me. I was sitting to the right of the camera and his head was out in the open. Some of the shot clipped that loose branch hanging from the cedar tree but the video does not show how I saw it through the sights.

When I miss a turkey I just plain miss it. I knew this one would die because he was close and he stopped and I had time to settle down and shoot.

Congrats, cool video! Looks like you've got a nice combo deer/turkey spot there.
thanks. I don't deer hunt it but am fortunate to chase a few turkeys around there.
