Don't know if any of you knew him or knew of him but Doug Walker, longtime publisher of Western Bowhunting passed away last Sunday from complications of pneumonia.
Doug was know as one of the top bowhunters in the country for many years and a great friend and hunting partner of Fred Bear. He was known among outdoor writers for never paying a writer. We still don't know how he did it because he told everyone up front, he did not pay.
