Ill b fishing there Saturday on the www.volunteerbasstrail.com ,only been there in the fall before,anyone been lately,any ideas.All my stuff is under 20 feet of water by now I guess.

Fish what you know. Fish are being caught deep.

I think I'd look for another trail. No one in their right mind wants to be on Douglas this weekend.
Spook and frog early. Swimbaits and spoon after the sun gets up deep... 25 to 40 foot on humps. If you're not up for that, the Carolina rig is working also. Fish still in all phases of the spawn. I've seen several big girls in the last 2 weeks still full of eggs.
