How is this determined? Can you get a close est. at home on what your individual length would be?

Keep in mind that both of these are only guidelines and will get you in the ballpark. Your absolute best bet, and what I recommend you do, is to visit a proshop or find someone that knows what they are doing to get your exact and correct draw-length measurement.
