You don't want to lose your starting LT when you breaking in a new QB in the 1st game of the season.

Plus Kirkland being out as well. GT can be a tricky team. I think TN needs to score early on them and not let GT get momentum.
 
Plus Chance Hall is out right? Both starters on the Oline right?

Yup, hall out for season, & another freshman tackle out for season both have knee injury.

Starting LB out with injury & starting WR out with injury all before a snap of football has been played.

Same stuff different year.
 
The ones that get hurt is the ones I feel bad for.
 
Why is Drew out? He and my son were friends in middle school and he seemed like a good kid. I know he's been a bit of an underachiever for the Vols, but I was hoping he would come into his own this year.
 
One game suspension. It has been suspected for a couple of weeks and planned accordingly.

Puff the magic dragon, purp, Barney, green, mid grade, blunt, weed, and several other..... Normally a one game team violation.

Not like he miss used a school credit card..... :)
 
He broke team rules, probably smoked weed.

it has been circulating for a while and they have been using other tackles with the first team at practice, because they knew all along he wasn't playing.

GA Tech is without their best RB from last season, and they may have lost their 2nd best RB from last season too.

That's 3 Vols two big time starters, out for the entire season with a bum knee before the season even starts.

Injuries suck... Kids put in so much time and then don't even get to play a down.
