That's awful. I wonder why he would have been on foot on an interstate unless he had vehicle problems?
Also, why in the world did the writer of the article feel they needed to include his being fined 2x for failing covid protocol while with a previous team?

Tragic is all I can say. I'm heartbroken. Dwayne's name will always be spoken with respect in my house.
