My friend found this young fellow roaming the streets in East Nashville this week. I may have to buy a house with a big yard there.

For the price of a duplex in east Nashville you could buy a farm in Iowa. Then start your own TV series lol
Isn't that the truth! Housing in Nashville, especially hipster East Nashville, is crazy! I'm hearing stories about apartment rent of $2,000-3,000/month. That's twice my monthly house payment.

Yeah, I grew up in Nashville, but once my wife and I bought our first house we went straight to Hendersonville to be out of Davidson Co. Schools. Also to be able to buy a house not a condo or be in a terrible part of town.

Its not just like that in the city setting. I bought a farm for 70k, 2 months ago. It sold in august for 50k. I have now been offeted 100k and 115k for it.. its crazy in the country as well
