Ditto on the gold tips. The only arrow I have shot and liked better than the gold tips is trophy ridge.
I haven't tried CE arrows though. Too rich for my blood!
Id go axix. Its what I'm shooting this year. Shot the FMJ's last year and quit that bc they can be bent. I like the small diameter and they fly really well.
I will probably be shooting the Axis shafts or some similar small diameter heavy shaft.
One thing I like about the FMJs IS the aluminum core. They may eventually bend but you wont find any straighter tolerances on arrows than aluminum shafts or aluminum core shafts. Straight carbons are lighter weight over all but when it comes to straightness tolerances, aluminum whips it. Yeah hitting arrows together will bend an aluminum shaft but doing the same thing with carbon shafts will crack them ESPECIALLY if they are thin walled.
