Anybody ever try this marinade?
It was the 1st marinade I tried when I first started hunting about 13 years ago. I've tried a handful of others, but this is my go to marinade for all venison steaks.
I've used this when cooking deer meat for our men's cookout at church and everybody always loved it and told me it made the best venison steaks.
Just curious if anybody else has tried it. If not, try it and share with me what you think.
I use this marinade before I sous vide too.
