fall turkey hunting question

i have never turkey hunted in the fall,can someone give me some advice on whether or not to use a tom decoy and do turkey locate now like they do in the spring

no on the decoy sometimes the old hen cluck will work the best way is to just listen and bust up the flock or glass from ridge and do the Rambo go after them.
