I thought you guys would enjoy a crisp fall day with the leaves changing and a chance for a big tom. Hens don't need to be involved at all except for watching. Maybe not.I personally don't want to lose a nest on my place. Me and my grandson love the fall woods.
I don't turkey hunt in the fall but I have shot a few gobblers while bowhunting deer from a tree stand but good luck to all who turkey hunt in the fall :tu:
I've never killed one in the Fall but, maybe with any luck I'll get one this Fall. I want to try my Win. 37 16 gauge. Problem is there's not a great selection of good shells. I don't handload shotshells.
