I just installed a Fastfire 3 and sighted it in at 35 yds. This is 3 1/2" 6 shot Federal. How does this look? Disregard the large holes, I was recycling the target.

I wasn't sure if the pattern should be tighter than this with a turkey choke at 35 yds?

FWIW, I highly recommend a 36" x 36" piece of paper as a minimum for patterning turkey loads, thus guaranteeing you get the full picture of exactly what your gun is doing at specific distances and exactly how true, or not, your point of aim (poa) and point of impact (poi) are. Next time you are in Lowe's or Home Depot, grab a roll of brown builder's paper like in the link below. It lasts forever and it allows you to see the big picture of what your entire pattern is doing, rather than just a piece of it with the 11x17 turkey head targets. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Trimaco-35-i ... /202040749

Have you guys seen the Winchester Pattern board? It has over 3500 different patterns based on load, distance and choke restriction. I found it to be extremely accurate to my actual results. It will tell you what you should be doing regarding pellets per various diameters too. Check it out.
