Looks like Craig Bohi who was the head coach at North Dakota state from 2003-2013 where he had a record of 104-32. Finishing with back to back to back chips in 2011,2012, and 2013. Is now at Wyoming with a record of 18-6.

Chris kliemen who took over in 2014 has went 29-3 with back to back chips.

So since 2003 North Dakota state has a record of 137-35 with 5 chips I say that is pretty had to pick against.
