Fiber optic sights

anyone like the ring of fire fiber optic sights? my nephew tends to lift his head while shooting and has missed several birds! i thought about getting him a red dot scope but have read several negative reviews about them! what do you think?

never used one but I know what you are talking about. IF it were me I would just practice more on shooting with him (if time allows of course) to learn the correct way and form good habits. Shotgun shooting as easy as it may be can form bad habits that cross over to a rifle as well. If the object is to just find something that covers a bad habit it will probably work but if the plan is to teach how to shoot correctly I wouldnt worry about it. Thats just me but I dont know your situation or time limits.
