I soaked a pounded chicken breast in buttermilk overnight and coated it with flour, cornstarch for some crunch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and a hit of pepper. Covered it in some local honey mixed with smoked paprika and cayenne. It was a good pain.

 
Looks great, i love the Tabasco brand spicey honey, perfect blend of spice, mikes hot honey is border line hot for sensitive folks and not as good of flavor but probably better on hot wings
