The results are another order placed for 3 more.........

I got the COC tip in 100gr.... My bow is tuned pretty well so it didnt surprise me when they hit exactly with my fieldpoints at 30yds....
I also love the NAP spring lock system instead of a rubberband..

At first they seemed stiff & hard to open with your fingers.. (do not try this) Once they did snap open it caught me off guard & put a nice slice in my thumb...LOL Yes, they are extremely sharp.....
Once I shot one into my rinehart target, it opened up flawlessly... It left a huge entry hole....
I used Rage last year, but these seem to be put together a bit better and much sharper.... I really like the spring lock....

I too ordered a 3-pack, should bein soon. I am looking forward to doing an evaluation.

Funny, seems just a few years ago, it was impossible to find an mech. that worked at all. I remember doing and eval. on something called a Pucket Blood-trailer or something like that. It was the first mech. I ever saw. What a piece of crap.

THEN....a few months later, I am in the hot tub at the hotel in Madison, WI. I was doing seminars at the WI Deer and Bear Classic. In the tub with me (we were alone) was a super shiney lady with outstanding headlights. She said, "Aren't you the editor of Bow and Arrow Magazine?" I allowed that I was.

She was really outstanding in several departments if you get my drift. And she said, "Are you the one who did the eval. on the Puckett Blood-whatever mech. head?" I allowed I was.

She then said, "I am the whats-his-name's wife (owner of the company) she then proceeded to cuss me like a Missouri mule skinner.

When she got done she was actually frothing at the mouth. I said, "Emerome." Just that one one word.

"What do you mean Emersome." She asked still hopping mad.

I got out of the hot tub and as I opened the door to leave, I said, "Emersome dandies."

She about died laughing.

Mechanical heads have come a long way. But it is sure hard to beat a 125-grain Thunderhead.
