The rear sight of these is 3 pieces. One piece clamp to your rib. It has a ramp on it. Another piece clamps to that ramp and slides up and down it, for elevation adjustment. Finally the is another piece with either a ghost ring or regular rifle sights(they send one of each) on it that goes in a groove on the elevation piece. The screw are so crappy in that top piece, they will strip out if you look at them funny. If that screw does strip, you can't just get the top piece off. You have to have a new elevation and Windage piece. It stripped last year when I first tried to set them. Truglo sent me new piece. Which I put on a few weeks ago. The screw stripped again. I was being very careful too, considering I knew how bad they were. I contacted truglo and they sent some more pieces. While they were one the way. I messed around and finally got one of the stripped screws out. I was using the ghost ring sight. So happens the regular sight piece had a screw in it. So I take it out and put it in the piece I had got the stripped screw out of and put that piece on the gun. I shot a regular shell Saturday to get it close. I go to move the sight and the third screw strips when I go to loosen it, when it wasn't tight to start with. So I put the last new pieces truglo sent on the gun. Know this is my last chance, I am even more careful than I have been. I get the sight set with regular shells and go back to 40 to shoot a turkey shell. When I go to aim I notice the top two pieces aren't on the sight. I was so careful not to strip the screw, I didn't have it tight and they jarred off on my last shot. I had to hunt around and find them in the yard, resight with regular shells, then finally get to shoot a turkey shell. The first screw may have been on me, but not the others.
