Finally went today

The last day I worked was last Thursday.
The last day I fished was last Friday.
Finally went this morning and was after some more bream.
Started about 9 and quit at 12.
Brought home 56 bream and 1 black bass, red eye or rock bass whatever you call them.
Haven't caught one in a few years.
Very good eating.

I grew up 15 minutes from there. Don't think I've ever fished it! Actually I think Ive only even seen it twice!

Hope you had fun cleaning all of those suckers! :D

I'm meeting dad at 1000 acre Wednesday morning to see what the fuss is all about.

Y'all are wasting your time. There are no fish there. Well....it's a gar hole. :bore: :lol:

I bet your odd ball was a warmouth. Rock bass don't usually live in still, mud bottom lakes.

That's a lot of bait...I mean fillets. They're dang good eating, I haven't had one in a while though.
