In an old barrel, it comes out .001 shorter in old barrel but that will work out fine by the time it's shot once in a match in the new barrel.
Did over 100 pieces today. Formed it's a level caseful of lt32 and the 60 gr Sierra bullet
Virgin left and formed on right
New bbl in second pic and old bbl in third

That is what you call case prep. No detail too small or of such little consequence you can overlook it.

Mr. B, you ever hear of people FF a case using wax instead of a bullet?

You gonna carry that PPC into the field?

I've heard of people using pistol powder and wax or cream of wheat but I've never done it

I used cream of wheat 700x powder in new 280 rem brass. Take a small piece of paper towel. Stick it in the end of brass to hold everything in. I fired forum for my 280AI. And it does work. Just make sure all the pieces of paper towel is removed from the inside of the barrel.
