I decided at the beginning of season I was going to use only the Hoyt. This was my fifth hunt of the year and I was beginning to get skeptical of using the bow. But, this morning everything came together for a Text book hunt. Got set up at about 515 heard the first gobble at about 550 probably 150 yards out. I threw some soft yelps out and he fired up. Flew down at 605 and entered the clearing in full strut with a hen in tow. He made his way up and I had to let him pass to draw. 20 yd shot Rage 3blade dead bird at 620. Unfortunately the camera died when he was 60 yards out. Officially hooked now! 3/4 in spurs 9in beard
