First time turkey

I'll be hunting cheatham WMA for turkey. Havent hunted turkey before. Any tips ? Any hot spots over there I should know about?

Be prepared to be over run by hunters......it is hunted hard by locals

Get there very early or hunt during middle of the week, to avoid crowds and get a open spot. Also try going several mornings soon and scout for a roost area. The little fields get hit hard, so may do best to focus on totally wooded areas. Don't call much or at all after getting a gobbler to respond at Cheatham. Turkey hunting is tough there, but there are quite a few.
