You can't go wrong with a Bitzenberger jig. They are a bit more costly but it will be still be around when you're not. Andd if you decide to get out of shooting you can sale it and get most of your money back. I used an Arizona jig twice, first and last. I don't like them but I am spoiled by my Bitz. I can't really answer about what the best helical is for a biscuit,cause I have never shot a biscuit. But I do know it is best to shoot some type of helical on your fletchings. I have read here that some of the guys use as much helical as they can get. Now which helical is better is personal choice. I use left wing helical. First because that was what the first jig I bought was. Then as I shot more and experimented more, I found that left wing fletching seems to clear more rests better than right wing does. That was before the drop away rest and a whisker biscuit. Hope this helps. Good luck and enjoy fletching your own shafts.
