Fletching glue removal

I recently purchased a fletching removing tool and it appears to work okay. It doesn't get all of the glue and fletching off. Is there an easy way to remove the remaining glue and fletching? Hair dryer? Some type of adhesive remover? I bought new Blazers and want to install them but I haven't been able to get the old fletching and glue completely off. Please help!

What I use is like your typical retractable razor-knife. The only difference is the blades have a half circle ground out of their edge and sharpened. They get off all the old glue. I then lightly wet-sand with 600 grit, clean with rubbing alcohol and am good-to-go.

Note: The above is for carbon shafts.

I have always used a dull pocket knive and scrape it off, with the blade 90 degrees from the shaft.

Thats what I do , unless I have a wrap , then I just peel the wrap off after soaking the arrows in hot water .

I purchased the Zip Strip. Works great for me. Expensive little booger but worth it imo.

Radar...does the hot water get all the adhesive off.
I always have to clean and lightly sand mine after I take wraps off.
