flies like a field point

with a properly tuned bow they will all fly like field points, never shoot a broadhead at an animal without trying one a few times in the bh target to make sure of impact.slick trick mags fly better than my field tips

yea my slicktricks fly good after i moved poi back to the bullseye. shot to the right out of my bow and friends bow also.but nothing major.

radar,so you are saying my friends bow and mine both need centershot moved to left.he shoots rage dead on but i had him try a slick trick and it shot to the right a little just as my bow did.thanks for the info.dj

Try some bare shaft tuning & paper tuning before stepping out on the range to set your sights with broad heads.

If a bow is tuned right with proper spined arrows, it should shoot a bullet hole through paper with a bare shaft, say from 15 feet to 15 yards. Then once that is done, I GUARANTEE you can screw in any broadhead you want and slap them in a group with field tips.

Problem is...most folks don't know where to start in tuning their bow. Cam lean, twisting string/cables...all that is greek to 98% of folks shooting a bow.

This man is on the money ! ! !
Any broadhead will group with field points if things are in tune ! but you have to look at many things, such as proper arrow spine, centershot, nock postion, hand tourque, idler lean, cam timing, and even fletching contact with face ! it's all a system including yourself to make everything work. it's like a motor ! if something ain't working right, the whole thing will be off !

Paper tuning is a good start to tuning , but broadhead group tuning and walkback tuning are good methods to fine tune . Paper tuning can give false readings in some tuning issues I have experienced in the past .

thanks for the info.will start all over after season with fall away and get field tips and broadheads to cross paths. reference marks on riser help a lot but tweeking it to shoot the same will be nice.will bare shaft tune it first when i get code red installed.
