This morning I called in three Jakes; seven Jakes plus one owl this morning. A few photos from Sunday, the birds were off in the distance. Did not hear any gobbling Sunday morning, heard some gobbles this morning. The birds are not hot yet.

When I was in south florida for the opener they were fired up really good. Birds gobbling everywhere as far as we could hear.

Just got back yesterday. Killed two good gobblers on public land down in "the cypress".(collier county) Only sound they made were footsteps in the water.

i killed a mature gobbler saturday morning in Citrus county 1 hr north of Tampa and they were hot.
