Focus Grip

I just won one through the Mathews' July Solocam sweepstakes and was wondering if any of you guys have either used one of these grips, or know someone that has and what was the opinion? I have searched all over the place and found mixed reviews.

Two more questions, was it hard to install (any tips) and what type of glue, the 3M black adhesive?

at the mathews shop I used in west tn. He uses a blow dryer of some kind to take the factory grip off and 2 sided tape to put the focus grip on.
