This is the way I learned to age jaw bones but have never heard anyone explain it as simple as this.

LOL, graduated from MSU and calls the 3rd premolar his '2 year old tooth', his 1st molar his '3 year old tooth', and has no idea why the 1st molar has more wear than the 3rd premolar.

I think this video does a better job at explaining the jaw aging process.
What both of these videos tell us even if your experienced in aging deer through teeth wear you still could be off a year. We know you can be off a year by body judging so you can be wrong or right !!!! Only true way is trail cams pictures year to year with exact history. More like the dandburn election just something to argue about

I've found jawbone aging to be far to inaccurate to begin with on known age deer in my area.
