For You Vol Haters!!

Hey Im all Vol and I like the sounds of that but remember SC this past year? They were a top 5 preseason rank and they finished with the same record as TN with a loss to TN. TN should most definately be improved next season and might be in the hunt for the SEC championship but its going to be tough and we are going to have to catch some breaks.


I like the first line of the Vandy write up. "It cant get much worse". :rotf:
 
Yes,I agree but its looking good in the way Butch Jones is recruiting,#5 class 2014 and #3class 2015 and I think I saw already in the top 5 class for 2016,although thats a ways off.It has been talked about that Tennessee will have the #1 defense in the SEC as far as new recruits go.It sure is looking great for the team and fans! :party: :super: :dance:

Like the article said, Vandy couldn't get any worse. I expect a totally different season for Vandy next year. They will actually have a decent OC that will do a much better job utilizing the little talent they have on offense instead of forcing players to play outside of their abilities. With mason calling the defensive plays, the defense WILL be much better. He called the defense against the vols and held dobbs and ut to their lowest offensive output of the year. The DORES WILL field a "different" team next season. Not predicting a great season, but I do not think it will be another ofer in sec play. I will predict that the vols don't win the east.

I agree on some of what you said except for the Vols to not win the East! :mrgreen:

For starters, someone that doesn't agree with you does not make them a vol hater. Second, writers and bloggers are right about as often as typical sports fans are. The vols might just win a bunch of titles with Butch, but increasing wins by one or two over the previous year and some recruits does not a dynasty make. Laughing at vol fans for their crystal ball views isn't out of hate, just seeing it for what it is.

Butch Jones should have came to TN and won the Natty in year one but here we are in year TWO and we have only progressed by 2 wins. :rollseyes:



I dont know about the rest of these guys but I havent been talking about a DYNASTY. The only people that use dynasty referring to a football program is Bama.

TN has been out of the loop for a good ten years and it will take close to the same amount of time to get back. IMO Butch Jones is shortening that time tremendously though.

Some Vol fans take things a little too far but I can see for myself that TN, while improving drastically, still has a long road ahead.
 
I knew this post would bring out the Vol haters,since their team is pretty insignificant,,mostly gator fans.Gators don't have much to look forward to in 2015 ,to bad you don't have a Butch Jones type coach.McELwain has proved to be a very poor recruiter,#77 in nation last year and even worse this year :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

What's funny is... What do you consider a Vol Hater?? Someone that has been to 50 plus games at Neyland Stadium. Someone that has stood on the sidelines during a game??? Someone that has been in Neyland when it was empty??? Someone that has giving the team a speech?? Or someone that knows more about the team than most Vol fans.. Yep... I'm a Gator.

I know the OP hasn't done these things....

I'd like to hear a little snippet of that speech you gave GNB. Probably went something like this.


"All right Vols, it's gameday, I am a lifelong Florida Gator fan and have no real desire to be here. You and your team are pathetic. My hatred for you runs deep and I will belittle this program every chance I get. I obviously am being made to be here otherwise I'd be watching my gators play. Let's go out, have a horrible game and well I really just don't care. Stay in school, don't do drugs, the gators are awesome and I've got Muck boots on sale %25 off."

We are well. aware of your love for the Vols,just like my love for the gators BTW I like my seat up in the stands,not on the sideline,can't see much from the sideline.
