Fried up some cinnamon apple fritters this morning for breakfast. My first attempt at making and I wasn't mad at them!

Thanks!

Peeled, cored, and diced 3 honey crisp apples. The batter was:
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 tsp vanilla.

Whisked together:
1.5 cups flour
Cinnamon&sugar to taste
1/2 tsp baking powder

You could add applesauce but I chose not to. Next time I might. They turned out really good but I could've stood for them to be a little sweeter
I would've preferred them to have a bit more crisp to them but that might be on me for either not having enough flour??? Or the fact that these weren't fried in a cast iron skillet😭. They weren't soggy at all but I need a little crunch when I munch on something fried!

Like you be a little more specific on the recipe? Do you mix it all together then pour it out or what? It looks delicious.

Yes, Mix dry and wet ingredients then combine them both. Don't over mix it though because it could make the texture too chewy. I dumped a couple handfuls of diced apples into the batter at a time, mixed enough to make sure they were covered, then dipped out with a big old ice cream scoop. It worked fine but there has to be a better utensil for this. The batter will look thin and almost kind of runny which is exactly what the recipe said would happen, but It puffs out as they fry.
