I am down to six arrows now. I have 5 arrows that the vanes have come loose. I guess this is from shooting through a Whisker Biscuit. I damaged one arrow early on when I used to shoot groups at one spot. I almost had a robinhood and it damaged the arrow shaft. I knew the Whisker Biscuit rippled vanes, but didn't know it made the vanes come loose. These are Red Head Carbon Max2 arrows with factory fletching and 2" Blazer vanes.

The guy who fletches my arrows uses a special glue and I've never had a fletch pull off and I shoot a WB

Make sure your vanes are not striking the frame of the WB rest by aligning your nocks, and insuring that your string loop location is correct .
I have seen instances where the vanes will rebound off the bottom of the rest if the string loop is set too low . This will cause erratic arrow flight and premature vane wear .

If you are not into reflecthing the arrows yourself
Take them to Steves in Columbia
I shoot Carbon Express and all of the factory fletchings eventuly come off thru my WB
After I get them redone at Steves I havent had any problems
Cept maybe for this:
