Funny how it happens...

All of a sudden the turkeys have picked it up a notch in my area.... It was completely dead before last weekend.. I was considering hanging it up for the season. Now they are gobbling their heads off and responding well to my calls...I have called up two in five days, which is extra good for me....
I hope it holds together for a couple more weeks...

The guy that owns the property has been cutting the fields over the past couple weeks... Before the fields were cut, the grass was knee to waist high...You couldnt even see a turkey...Do you think the fields being opened up would make a difference? There are as many open fields as woods on the property...Just a thought..
