G5 Question

hey guys,
I had a local archery shop tell me that the tekan broadheads were illeagle to hunt with in the state of TN. If this is so can someone tell me why. I went to buy them and i was told could not use them in this state.

First I've heard of it, as it appears the Tekan is very similar to the Rage.

Up here in NY they're classified as barbed. Maybe the same thing in TN?
