bf received a text form another woman.
gf gets mad and grabs his phone (perhaps trying to view his personal messages or threatening to destroy it).
bf wants his phone backs and asks for it/threatens to get it back.
gf says no way.
bf & gf gets in a scuffle due to gf refusal to return his personal property.
gf gets hurts and calls police.
bf gets arrested for trying the retrieve personal property from mad, and probably combative, gf.
gf is happy
UT fans are happy.
