Killed the buck on left 11/12/21 , killed buck on the right on 11/15/16 , both were killed on same exact hardwood ridge and are the only two heavy horned deer I have seen on that place over the years. I have a small hunch that it could be possible that the 15pt from 2016 is the dad or grandpa to the 8 pt from last week, pics below take a look

no doubt genetics play a significant role in antler characteristics. It's possible he's a direct descendent, but unlikely. congrats on 2 great bucks.
 
Certainly look related. I thought this thread was going to be about buying a buck off a deer farm and turning it loose in west TN to introduce CWD...

maybe the feds should investigate like they did the China virus...same results....
