I sorted out my coturnix quail yesterday and after getting my hen/rooster ratio right, I had 7 males that didn't make the cut. But boy oh boy did they shine for supper. My family loves these quail to eat. They're easy to keep, quick to grow out, easy to process and we think they're better than chicken. Meat is much more delicate. My daughter loves the eggs hard boiled as well.

That looks delicious. The wife and I generally get ours from Publix.
