But ill be in the woods this saturday weather permit. Had surgery again and been out of commission but I'll finally try to get my first turkey ever. If it is raining some this weeKend is the hurting still good or should i just wait

IMO it is especially good after the rain has subsided or after s storm. They tend to many times get pretty fired up after such.

Love hunting in a light rain. But like blunt arrow said after a good down poor they get fired up it seems.

Had one gobbling and strutting a few weekends back in a light drizzle. If it rains hard go to the fields once it lets up. They'll probably already be there.
