Hunted this morning until 7 when I had to leave to go check on a job. Heard several birds but none wanted to play. Made it back about 11. Walked in and set down and just listen for about 45 mins but never heard anything. Took out my crystal mistress and make a few yelps, about 5 mins later this bird started gobbling about 125 yds away. He gobble for a solid hr but would not come any closer. I finally decided to move about 40yds closer to him and that's all it took. Made a few yelps on the gooserbat bacon mouth call and he was heading my way. The federal 13/16oz load of tss #9's from the .410 put him down. Fun hunt. 20.8lbs 9"beard 3/4" spurs
