I sold my Mathews Z9 awhile back so I could buy a baby bed and what not, so I'm going back to my deer getter. It's a PSE Primos STL, I love this bow, its gonna hit wherever you aim it. Plus I guess I've just got a lot of memories in it. Can't wait to get back in action. ( Anybody else ever used one?)

Nothing beats an old time favorite bow . Sometimes the latestest and greatest isn't the best shooter . I haven't shot the PSE Primos STL , but I have an older Mach X that I keep for a back up bow and it's a sweet shooter .

One of my boys backed out of our archery group so that opened up a bow. No one else has turned up so I've been working with it. It's 20 years newer than my browning but I just can't seem to get my groups together.

The first thing I do with an older bow besides checking the limbs and general condition of the bow , is to replace the string and cables with a good quality set made of 452x . Then I'll make sure the bow is back into spec , before I start tuning it .
