very good biscuits. i freeze my butter then grate with with a grater. i use cast iron with a heaping teaspoon of bacon fat and put the pan in the oven while its pre heating. then ill take a spoon and rim the sides of the pan with bacon fat. i use my hands to oat out not a roller.
