Couple of hens and nothing else here. First morning I've been and first time to this spot. Its a 40 acre tract and I've killed birds on it every year for the last 5 or 6 years but they sold all the land around it last fall and now there is land being cleared and at least one house going up. Afraid its screwed this place up. Sucks too because its about 2 miles from home. Oh well...

Got the kids in the woods this morning heard 5 different gobblers on roost and of coarse hens everywhere . Moved to a better listening spot waiting on one to gobble . Been a great morning so far . Good luck to those still after em
