Good Matchups Opening Weekend

I've gotta say that this is probably the best opening weekend, schedule-wise, that I can remember. Not as many cupcake games -- it looks like a lot of programs are realizing that opening with a competitive, non-conference game is a great way to pick up early momentum, but are still recoverable if they lose.

As for me, my wife's a Texas Tech grad and our baby girl's a senior at Ole Miss, so we're heading down to Houston for the opener. Needless to say, I'll be sitting between them.
