Good outfitter for a bow hunter?

I'm currently looking for an outfitter that my wife and I can deer hunt at in early november of next year. I am trying to stay within a days drive from west tn. I have been looking at Missouri and Kentucky because I understand that it is next to impossible to draw a tag for Iowa or Kansas in your first year.

Any suggestions or stories about the outfitters you guys have hunted with?

Don't know anything about either state but if you are interested in Illinois I know of a couple good ones.

I would be very interested in illinois but i heard it is next to impossible to draw a tag from there also.

You are pretty much guarenteed to draw in Illinois, I think that they have had left over tags the last couple of years.

I didn't know that. what time during the summer do i apply for the tag?

June or july i think. The illinois dnr website has all the info that you may need, not sure if they have updated it for 2010 yet.

Kansas has been 100% draw the last two years for bow. little pricey. $325 for tag and $79 hunting lic once you get there.
