Good Paint for Decoys?

I have to repaint the heads on all of my decoys at least twice or more a season. Does anyone know of a good paint that will stick to the foam or rubber the decoys are made of?

I've got Carry Lite Decoys. I've got a Jake and two Hens. I also have a Pretty Boy and Pretty Girl, So far they are holding up well. The original Jake and Hens are the problem.

Hoss- i just use car paint. o'reillys or any parts place. comes in those small glass containers. don't know the name?

Does it stick to the foam/rubber/plastic?

I used a red, blue, and purple sharpie last year on mine. It worked great and I had alot of success with my strutting decoy.
