Went for a mid day hunt today, I found this guy in a pasture around 12:30 and after a 70-80 yard crawl through the woods I was able to get within range of him as he followed eight hens through a pasture. If it wasn't for the high wind I'm pretty sure the hens would have picked me off. 45 yards shot, 20.5 pounds, 10" beard, 1 1/8" spurs.

NICE!

funny I use to make fun of people for wearing knee pads in their pants for turkey hunting. Last week I had to crawl about 20 yards and would have paid $100 for a set when I was 10 yds into the crawl hahah.

I will be investing in those new First Lite pants with the knee pads in them when they come out haha.
