The boys in the holler killed a goat today and it is quartered in the fridge. I got the call that there is no consensus on how they want to cook it so I'm taking charge.

They want to cook it in a Cajun microwave

I was thinking of something low and slow almost a barbacoa type dish. What do we think?

I was guessing I'll have to keep it real low if it will work. I haven't used one of these cookers before but it looks like a decent set up

If we didn't go barbacoa, what do y'all think about a simple rub and just cook it slow? I'm running out of hours in the day and don't know if I have the time and energy for the whole barbacoa deal
