Had a great morning in the woods yesterday! The weather turned out to be perfect and the birds played along just fine. I had the Privilege to guide for one of America's finest soldiers in the One Shot hunt. We slammed his bird at 7:15 and it took us until 1:00pm to double down with my bird. Awesome, and humbling opportunity to hang all day with such a fine individual

Seems like birds are a bit bigger this year so far. Must have been a good acorn crop, and a lot of tender vegetation with the wet spring
