Got My FIRST THUNDER CHICKEN!

Well, I have finally completed my goal of taking a turkey with my bow. Got a big Tom at about 25yrds. He ended up weight 22.4 lbs, 9 1/2 inch beard, and almost inch spurs. Probably more pumped about the turkey than most deer I have killed.. It was awesome, and it definatly is a hard task to complete. Those boogers are elusive!

THANKS for the support. Im sorry I didnt get pictures, it was dark when I got out of the stand. I went ahead and got the breast meat out and saved the beard. Quite a task to shoot a ole tom with a bow.

That light on the camera------------well, that's a flash. They are made to work in the dark too!! j/k
