Had a cool afternoon hunt. I was set up on the edge of a creek and had 10 does all in the water within 25yds. Whats bad is I only saw 9 at first and the 10th one seen me and it sounded like a herd of cattle. Four came on into the field and fed for another 10min before leaving the field. On the way home a semi truck kept bright lighting me head on and I was like what the crap. Topped the hill and there were 2 does standing in the middle of my lane and I locked it up and went from 70mph down to around 30mph and wacked her with the passenger front. She ran off and I didnt have any damage that I seen tonight. I thought I was going to finally get to make some jerky.
